Start with a virtual server if you need to host a website, app or development environment. The 4 vCPU plan includes 120GB of SSD storage. Larger plans include 240GB with 8 vCPUs, 360GB with 12 vCPUs, or 480GB with 16 vCPUs. You can choose the resources you need and increase them as your project grows. Each vCPU includes 2GB RAM, and we allocate no more than two vCPUs per physical CPU core. Choose a dedicated server if you need the whole machine for yourself, particularly for demanding workloads or several applications running together. A typical dedicated server includes 48 physical CPU cores, 128GB of RAM and 2TB of SSD storage, with memory and storage upgrades available.

Shared AI is ready to use through chat or an API. You can choose Qwen, gpt-oss, DeepSeek, Llama, Mistral or Gemma, or let smart routing choose a model for you. Each person gets one account with 25GB of SSD storage, and you can add more storage when needed. Dedicated AI gives you your own machine to run models and build AI applications. Choose an AMD Ryzen AI Halo or NVIDIA DGX Spark, with 128GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage per box. You can rent one or two boxes per person.

Request a GPU job if you want us to run the work for you. You choose between one and eight GPUs and pay for the time they use. Each RTX 3090 costs S$0.20 per hour, and each RTX 4090 costs S$0.25 per hour. If you prefer to run and manage the work yourself, rent a complete GPU machine for S$499 per month. It includes eight GPUs with 24GB of GPU memory each, an AMD processor, 128GB of system RAM and 1TB of SSD storage.

If you want to build an AI application, our consulting team can help with projects such as document assistants, automated workflows and models adapted to your business. Yes. Our starting VPS costs S$20 per month with monthly billing. You can also pay S$180 upfront for one year, which works out to S$15 per month, or S$288 upfront for two years, which works out to S$12 per month. Dedicated servers offer monthly billing or 10% off when you pay yearly. AMD Ryzen AI Halo costs S$399 per month, or S$299 per month equivalent with yearly billing. NVIDIA DGX Spark costs S$499 per month, or S$399 per month equivalent with yearly billing. Annual AI plans are paid upfront: S$3,588 per Halo box or S$4,788 per DGX Spark box. Shared AI costs S$99 per month. GPU machine rentals are also billed monthly.

No. Your VPS renews at the same price if you keep the same configuration and billing cycle. The starting annual plan renews at S$180 a year, and the starting two year plan renews at S$288 every two years. If you change your configuration or billing cycle, the configurator shows the new price and renewal amount.

Extra SSD storage costs S$5 per month for each additional 50GB on VPS and Shared AI plans. On dedicated servers, each additional 64GB of RAM costs S$37.50 per month, and each additional 2TB of SSD storage costs S$48 per month. Both dedicated server upgrades receive the 10% yearly discount. Extra public IPs cost S$1 per month each on virtual and dedicated servers, with no yearly discount. VPS RAM increases with your CPU selection at 2GB per vCPU. VPS storage and IP upgrade rates stay the same for every billing cycle and are paid upfront with your chosen term. You can see the full total before you order.

Contact us through the enquiry form or email hello@fuerza.cloud to turn off renewal. Your service stays available until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged for another term. If you leave an annual or two year plan early, we do not refund the unused time. If a charge is incorrect or we cannot provide the service you paid for, contact support so we can correct it or arrange an appropriate refund. To close your service and request data deletion before your paid period ends, contact support separately.

Shared AI has no separate charge for the tokens you use. Each box serves four to six users, so its computing power is shared. When demand is high, your requests may wait in a queue, responses may take longer and the number of API requests processed at once may be reduced. This allows everyone using the box to receive a fair share of its capacity.

Once payment is confirmed, our team sets up your service and emails your access details when it is ready. Dedicated servers, Dedicated AI boxes and GPU machines are usually ready within 2 to 12 hours. Custom configurations may take longer, so we agree on a delivery schedule with you before starting.

Yes. Virtual and dedicated servers offer Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux. For Dedicated AI, AMD boxes can run Ubuntu or Windows, and the Windows licence is included in the price. NVIDIA DGX Spark comes with NVIDIA DGX OS.

We send your service and access details by email. Contact us through the enquiry form or email hello@fuerza.cloud for invoices, renewals or support. We set up your machine with your chosen operating system and provide access so you can manage it yourself. Dedicated Linux machines include full root access. If you want us to change the operating system or upgrade the hardware later, you can request this through support.

Yes. We can help with a move through our managed services. Tell us what you are running, where it is hosted and when you need to move. We will review what is involved and agree on the work with you before starting.

Our facility is in Singapore. Each virtual or dedicated server includes one public IP. Shared AI includes an IP for your agent, and Dedicated AI includes one per box. Our facility uses a shared 10 Gbps network with a Starlink backup connection. The 10 Gbps capacity is shared across services rather than reserved for each customer. If you need a particular network setup, tell us before ordering so we can check whether we can provide it.

Your workspace is private and encrypted, and our staff do not read your private AI conversations or uploaded files. If you work with our consulting team, you choose what to share with them. Your data stays available while your service is active. After your paid service ends, you have up to 90 days to request recovery before all copies, including backups, are deleted. You can ask support to delete them sooner. Cancelling renewal does not start this period while your service is still active. Invoices and payment records follow separate legal retention requirements. If the law requires us to preserve specific service data, we keep only what is required for as long as necessary.
